Dumping Glass

Why do people dump glass in this burnt out house? Bottle banks are free and there's one in nearly every town. Check www.recycle.ie for the nearest. It really irritates me when I see this as sometime people use the recycling charge as a reason not ...

In my experience the County Council have done great work! After a night out the place is a mess but when I get up the next day the streets are spotless! Have you noticed this in your area?
